Users can deposit cUSD into a strategy, up to the strategy's max pool size. When users want to withdraw from a strategy, they'll receive the TGEN equivalent of their cUSD investment and any accumulated yield/debt will be claimed/settled on behalf of the user.
To invest in a strategy, go to https://www.tradegen.io/strategies and find a strategy you're interested in.
Once you've found a strategy you like, click the 'Trade' button next to the strategy. You'll be routed to the 'Manage Position' page:
Enter the amount you'd like to invest in the form field next to 'Deposit', then click the blue 'Deposit' button to the right of the field. This will make the following modal appear:
Click 'Yes' to finish your deposit. Once the transaction completes, you'll be routed to the Positions page.
Withdrawing from a strategy follows a similar process as investing. On the 'Manage Position' page, the 'Amount Invested' field shows how much cUSD you can withdraw from the strategy. This value is equal to (amount of cUSD invested - cUSD value of tokens listed on marketplace).
To withdraw funds, enter the amount you'd like to withdraw in the form field next to 'Withdraw' then click the blue 'Withdraw' button to the right of the form field. This will make the following modal appear:
Click the 'Yes' button to finish your withdrawal. You'll be routed to the Positions page after the transaction completes.
When you withdraw from a strategy, any accumulated yield/debt is claimed/settled on your behalf, so the amount you receive may differ from the amount you entered in the form field. If you accumulated debt and the withdrawal amount entered is less than the debt amount, the transaction will fail.
Once the transaction completes, you'll receive the equivalent of your cUSD withdrawal in the strategy's underlying asset.
